HYROX has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and your vdifferent energy systems. Although HYROX races are always comprised of these same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your HYROX and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

YOGA (FFY)

Freestyle Fitness Yoga (FFY) is a contemporary approach to yoga that mixes traditional yoga postures, stretches and balances with fitness principles. Whereas traditional yoga tends to combine both the physical and spiritual experience, in Freestyle Fitness Yoga we concentrate on the physical aspect, using yoga postures that endorse strength, stability and increase flexibility.

KETTLEBELLS

Working with the kettlebell will give an all around heart-pumping workout.

SWEAT

SWEAT is a combination of hiit and functional fitness. the 45 minute classes are perfect for all ages, abilities and fitness levels, and include simple, easy to perform exercises for an effective workout!
